Overview
- We are seeking a senior EHS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of safety programs across our emerging markets portfolio in EMEA (e.g., Middle East, Africa).
- In this role, you will do more than monitor compliance; you will work closely with key stakeholders to identify operational risks and develop practical, scalable solutions that allow the business to move quickly while staying safe.
- This position requires strong collaboration with internal partner teams and a solid technical or engineering foundation to support complex facility programs and large event operations.
- As a senior leader within the team, you will provide strategic resilience to the function, serving as a key deputy to the Regional EHS Lead and driving high-level functional excellence across the broader EMEA region.
- Author and deploy local EHS policies, standard operating procedures and guidance as related to regional operations, emergency management and large-scale events.
- Serve as a strategic backup for the Regional EHS Lead. Provide senior-level coverage and leadership.
- Interpret and provide guidance to business leadership for compliance on local legislation.
- Implement Environmental Health & Safety related solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams such as Workplace Services and Security.
- Implement effective emergency management solutions in relation to medical, fire and disaster situations.
