WE ARE HIRING: HSE Officer – Ooredoo FWA Project (Qatar)
Fibertech Qatar is expanding its team for a prestigious 5-year Ooredoo FWA Framework Project and we are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to strengthen our safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Contract Duration: 5 Years (Long-Term Opportunity)
Industry: Telecommunications / ISP / OSP / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and client safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Monitor work activities and ensure safe working practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action reports.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management and clients.
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on safety performance and compliance.
Qualifications
- and Requirements
- NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Experience in telecom, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety procedures.
- Good communication and reporting skills in English.
- Selected candidates must successfully pass the Ooredoo client interview before onboarding.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates from Kenya, Ghana, and other African countries are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with transferable visa status will be highly preferred.
