Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting technical errors related to software or hardware issues.
- Support basic technical support tasks, including resolving issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Document technical procedures and communicate solutions clearly to team members and non-technical users.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to improve coding practices and project outcomes.
- Continuously learn new programming languages, tools, and industry best practices to enhance your skill set.
Experience
- Basic knowledge of software engineering principles and programming concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Understanding of productivity tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical errors critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for explaining technical steps clearly to non-technical users.

Compensation and Schedule
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 18.0 - 25.0 per week.
