Qualifications
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals
- Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn
- Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses
- Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
- Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required. If you bring the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.
- Physical Requirements
- Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
Responsibilities
- As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.
- Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
- Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
- Create interest and answer basic questions
- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
- What We’re Looking For
