Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Sales and Business Development Representative role based in the Riyadh Region for Saudi nationals.

The representative will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.

Daily tasks include researching target markets, preparing basic sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the customer database or CRM system.

The role also involves assisting in preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client inquiries, and supporting the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

The individual will be expected to learn RGC’s services, participate in training sessions, and contribute to achieving sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management, with motivation to build a long-term career in a commercial role.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to explain services clearly to potential clients.
  • Basic skills in research, data organization, and use of office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM or similar systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Saudi national, fresh graduate or early-career professional; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
