Example assignments include: Designing and evaluating new or existing products, processes, and systems. Driving operational process improvements to enhance key performance indicators. Collaborating on cross-functional projects with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, candidates should have: A bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering specialties. Successful completion of an EMIP Internship. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
