About The Role
We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Administrative Professional to support our remote Operations team.
In this role, you'll help keep day-to-day business activities running efficiently by providing administrative, operational, and coordination support across multiple departments.
This opportunity is ideal for someone beginning their career who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
You'll gain hands-on experience with business operations while contributing to projects that help teams stay productive and connected.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to internal teams across the organization.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting preparation.
- Track action items and support project follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain organized workflows and help improve operational efficiency.
Office & Process Coordination
- Maintain internal documentation, shared resources, and operational trackers.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and team coordination.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting tasks.
- Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and streamline workflows.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal operational requests.
- Communicate professionally with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure projects and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases.
- Organize digital files and support document management best practices.
- Follow established procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of administrative, operations, office support, or related experience (internships are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software.
- Experience with CRM platforms or other business systems is a plus, but not required.
