Program and role

Curriculum and entrepreneurship

• Develop and continuously improve curriculum and practical modules covering entrepreneurship, business strategy, career development, and professional skills.
• Teach startup ideation and validation, business models, market research, funding, scaling, market entry, global trends, and corporate career pathways.
• Mentor students from idea generation through validation, business planning, market entry, and growth; support research, customer validation, pitches, and investor readiness.

Market exposure and career preparation

• Research international markets and global business trends and facilitate industry interactions, guest sessions, networking, workshops, and practical exposure.
• Deliver career-readiness training in CV and LinkedIn development, interviews, business communication, presentations, public speaking, professional etiquette, problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation.
• Conduct mock interviews, assessment-centre activities, presentations, role plays, and corporate simulations; help students identify career paths and understand employer expectations.

Mentoring and outcomes

• Conduct individual and group mentoring, monitor student progress, provide feedback and improvement plans, and maintain appropriate progress and achievement records.
• Build relationships with employers, recruiters, investors, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals to identify employment, internship, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
• Track outcomes including validated business ideas, launch strategies, investor-ready pitches, interview readiness, professional profiles, and career roadmaps.

Work location

• Work location is in person.

• Have the capability to guide students through entrepreneurship and corporate career-development pathways.
• Provide practical mentorship and support students’ professional and business development.
