Entomologist cum Pest Control Supervisor

About This Role

Job Summary:
ServiceCo is looking for an experienced Entomologist cum Supervisor for our Pest Control operations through pest identification, IPM implementation, and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify insect species and assess infestation levels
• Develop and implement IPM and HACCP-compliant pest control programs
• Provide technical guidance to pest control technicians
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed technical reports
• Support audits, municipality (Baladiya) inspections, and client requirements
• Recommend preventive, sanitation, and proofing measures
• Ensure safe and effective use of pesticides and control methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Entomology, Zoology, Biology
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control or urban entomology
• Strong knowledge of cockroaches, rodents, flies, mosquitoes, and stored-product pests
• Experience with IPM, HACCP, and food-industry environments
• Familiar with Qatar Municipality / Baladiya regulations (preferred)
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
