Job Summary

EWEG is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused, and professionally driven Entertainment Partnerships Manager to support the company’s continued expansion across the luxury hospitality, cruise, tourism, lifestyle, events and entertainment sectors.

This role focuses on representing EWEG within the industries we serve, supporting key client relationships, strengthening industry engagement, and contributing to the continued growth, reputation, and visibility of the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with EWEG’s portfolio of international clients, hospitality groups, cruise operators, venues, and strategic partners, whilst acting as a professional ambassador for the company across the GCC and international markets.

This position is ideally suited to someone who is personable, proactive, highly professional, and confident engaging with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

A passion for luxury hospitality, guest experiences, entertainment, and relationship management is essential.

This is not a traditional corporate management role with direct reports.

It is an outward-facing position focused on client relations, industry engagement, brand representation, and partnership development within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support relationship management across EWEG’s portfolio of international clients, hospitality groups, cruise operators, venues, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain regular engagement with clients and industry stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and exceptional service standards.
  • Represent EWEG at regional and international trade shows, conferences, hospitality events, networking functions, client events, and industry gatherings.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships across hospitality, tourism, cruise, entertainment, experiential, lifestyle, and related sectors.
  • Lead the preparation of presentations, proposals, partnership materials, and client-facing communications.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, partnership proposals, and marketing materials that align with EWEG’s brand standards and premium market positioning.
  • Ensure all client-facing communications and materials reflect EWEG’s brand values, visual identity, and reputation for excellence.
  • Support the promotion of EWEG’s projects, achievements, capabilities, and industry presence across professional and industry platforms.
  • Contribute to EWEG’s digital presence, brand visibility, and professional storytelling initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of relationship engagement initiatives that strengthen EWEG within key industry sectors and professional networks.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, trade events, and relevant partnership initiatives within the sectors EWEG serves.
  • Utilise Monday.com to support relationship management, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and commercial activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, presentations, and industry engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements, project objectives, and partnership initiatives.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the EWEG brand at all times, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, communication, presentation, and client care.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience within client relations, partnerships, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, experiential, lifestyle, events, marketing, communications, or similar client-facing environments.
  • Must currently reside within the UAE or be willing to relocate and be able to travel internationally frequently without restrictions.
  • Strong passport with minimal visa restrictions for international business travel.
  • Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for client meetings and events within the UAE.
  • Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident in both professional and social environments.
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Professional presentation and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and develop long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong presentation development skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Microsoft Office and/or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create professional, visually compelling, and brand-aligned client-facing materials.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual communication, and professional presentation standards.
  • Commercially aware with strong initiative and a proactive approach to relationship development and industry engagement.
  • Comfortable attending trade shows, conferences, hospitality functions, networking events, client engagements, and international industry gatherings on a regular basis.
  • Digitally aware with an understanding of Social media, professional branding, engagement strategies, and industry communications.
  • Understanding of luxury hospitality, guest experience, entertainment, tourism, cruise, events, or experiential sectors preferred.
  • Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial business environment.
