What you’ll do
- Build relationships with Emirati talent, colleagues, business leaders, universities, and professional communities.
- Develop pipelines for business-critical roles and priority talent segments; connect colleagues with roles, projects, and development opportunities.
- Conduct confidential career conversations and identify interests, aspirations, and readiness.
- Partner with talent, HR, and business teams on integrated talent strategies.
- Use approved AI tools for market mapping, research, skills analysis, and workflow automation; validate outputs and protect confidentiality.
- Provide talent-market insights, support employer brand and community engagement, and maintain accurate records.
What you’ll bring
- A graduation degree is stated as essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; foreign university certificates require current attestations and equivalency.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, talent management, or a related field; strong relationship, influencing, and stakeholder skills.
- Experience engaging senior talent and diverse professional communities; understanding of internal mobility, succession planning, and Emiratization.
- Confidence with talent technology such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Eightfold, or Avature; practical understanding of AI-enabled sourcing and workflow automation.
- Strong data, communication, organizational, judgment, and discretion skills; knowledge of UAE labor requirements and Emiratization policy.
