Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations working on frontier models, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops, working closely with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams.
• Engage directly with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams to understand system-level constraints and requirements, ensuring seamless integration of human data solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including research, engineering, and procurement teams, to drive high-value partnerships and advance the development of frontier models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement human data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data and effective model evaluation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and ML, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops.
• Proven experience in partnership development and management, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with research, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex systems, with a strong understanding of data pipelines and data management.
