A leading industrial distribution company in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled
ERP Manager
to lead our digital transformation and optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP systems, with a focus on
Microsoft Dynamics 365
- implementation and optimization
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Integrate
Business Intelligence (BI)
- tools to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Explore and implement
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to align systems with business needs
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role
- Minimum
- 8–12 years
- of relevant experience, including
- 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in
- trading and distribution companies
- Hands-on experience with
- Dynamics 365 implementation and management
(mandatory)
- Solid understanding of
- BI tools and data analytics
- Exposure to
- AI technologies and digital transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
