About This Role

Job Title: ERP Project / Programme Manager

Overall Purpose of Role:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cloud ERP system across the organization. This role will ensure successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the ERP transformation program while aligning business processes, technology, and data architecture with the company’s strategic objectives.

Primary Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities:

Role Specific Competencies:

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in information systems, Computer Engineering and/or Business Administration or professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Certifications:

  • Oracle Fusion certifications (must).
  • Recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) (desirable).
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (desirable).

Experience:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of relevant ERP implementation experience of 8–10 years of ERP project management experience, with at least 5 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations delivered end-to-end.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oil & Gas and renewables sector operations with specific focus and knowledge in the EPCI domain, HSE compliance, and industry-specific regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, cloud deployment models, and data governance.

Project Management:

  • Experience with managing project resources, handling conflict resolution, problem solving,

understanding of budgets and other related project management techniques.

  • Track record of delivering projects within time and budget.
  • At least five full life cycle implementations of complex and large-scale implementations in

the EPCI domain preferably in the GCC region.

  • Experience of projects must come from a pure project environment as opposed to BAU and

ideally from a large complex enterprise.

  • Experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional global teams.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others.
  • Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working Proficiency in English Language.
  • Ability to manage conflict and management of issues.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with C level management.

Analytical and Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills having the ability to understand and complex processes and

scenarios and provide recommendations and solutions in a large EPCI enterprise.

  • Expertise in Microsoft packages, including Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to adopt modern technology and applications that may be required to be used by the

Project Management team.
