Position Overview
The ERP Manager will lead the
end-to-end implementation along with post go live stabilization phase of the company’s ERP system – Oracle Fusion mainly along with Oracle Aconex Cloud & Oracle Primavera Cloud
, ensuring successful deployment and system adoption across finance, procurement, store, logistics, projects control, HR, and other operational functions.
The role will manage
system configuration, process alignment, vendor coordination, data migration, user training, and go-live execution along with system stabilization
to ensure the ERP delivers measurable operational improvements.
Erp Implementation Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects
- Define implementation & Post Go live roadmap, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure ERP configuration aligns with business processes and operational requirements
- Manage the ERP implementation partner / vendor
Business Process Mapping
- Document current business processes (AS-IS)
- Design optimized ERP-enabled processes (TO-BE)
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Align ERP workflows with finance, Operations, HR, and project management processes
Project Management
- Develop and maintain ERP project plans
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and implementation consultants
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and budget
System Configuration & Integration
- Oversee configuration of key ERP modules including:
• Finance & Accounting
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Logistics
- Project Management
• HR & Payroll
- Manage
- integration with other systems
- where required
Data Migration & Testing
- Ensure accurate migration of legacy data into the ERP
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation
- Resolve system issues and configuration gaps
Change Management & Training
- Lead user training programs
- Develop ERP manuals and documentation
- Manage organizational change and user adoption
Post Go-Live Support
- Monitor ERP performance after implementation
- Identify system improvements and optimization opportunities
- Ensure ERP supports
- departmental reporting needs and operational decision-making
Key Deliverables

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- ERP certification or implementation experience preferred on Oracle Fusion or Oracle E Business Suite
- 8–12 years professional experience
- Proven experience leading
- ERP implementation projects
Preferred Experience
- Experience implementing ERP systems such as:
- SAP
- Oracle
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Odoo
- Sage
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based organizations
- Strong understanding of finance and project costing processes
