Enterprise Relationship Manager – Russian Speaker

Overview

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients aligned with company strategy using a consultative sales approach.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
• Represent Paymob at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience post-sale, maximizing retention and long-term value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital solutions.
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Experience managing or acquiring enterprise clients; exposure to tourism, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
