Role overview

Staffbase is hiring an Enterprise Project Manager on its Professional Services team to lead bespoke implementations and custom solution engagements for major customers.

The work includes custom builds, multi-system integrations, and enterprise rollouts of Staffbase’s employee communications platform.

What you’ll lead

  • Own engagement plans from scoping through design, build, testing, and launch.
  • Align customer IT, communications, and operations stakeholders with solution engineers, integration specialists, and Customer Success.
  • Manage scope and raise change requests early so custom work remains deliverable.
  • Coordinate implementation partners and internal experts for seamless handoffs.
  • Explain integrations, data models, security reviews, and migrations in terms customer executives can use to make decisions.
  • Lead enterprise software implementations and custom solution engagements.

Example engagements

A 7-Eleven replatforming connected Workday and secure store data feeds and used a phased go-live across IT, communications, and operations.

A Chipotle shift-swap experience was built into its mobile app on a workforce-management system, from use-case definition through user acceptance testing.

A Ford migration from a legacy platform was delivered with an implementation partner under a unified plan and scope governance.

A bilingual Bell Canada rollout addressed translation quality, privacy, anonymization, information security, and compliance review.

Waste Management workshops covered platform foundations and content strategy for a largely deskless workforce.

What you’ll bring

  • At least eight years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations or custom solution engagements.
  • Ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions, translate between technical and business audiences, and work with integrations, data, security, and migration topics.
  • Experience with formal governance, detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and concurrent enterprise engagements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive readouts and steering committee updates.
  • Working knowledge of PM tools and frameworks such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on implementation handoffs.
  • Ownership, customer care, calm under pressure, and judgment about when to escalate.

Why this role

  • Lead visible launches reaching large employee populations and build new solutions on the Staffbase platform.
  • The employer describes a collaborative team and complex customer work.

Compensation

  • The posting gives a CAD 138,000–160,000 annual base salary range and says other rewards may include commissions and program-specific awards.
  • The compensation disclosure says it applies to roles performed in Minnesota; the listed role location is Vancouver, creating a location-context discrepancy.

Workplace and benefits

  • The employer offers flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work; the posting does not specify a particular arrangement for this role.
  • Listed benefits include a yearly flex-work allowance, vacation, paid Fridays off during August, health plans, parental leave, volunteer time, and other rewards.
