Job Description

  • Own and govern enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and reporting
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and maturity of performance practices
  • Align internal KPIs with externally mandated performance measures
  • Elevate executive-level dashboards and performance narratives
  • Address data quality, automation, and reporting discipline gaps
  • Engage senior leadership on performance outcomes and accountability
  • Provide oversight to enterprise delivery and governance functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Senior leadership experience at Director / equivalent level
  • Proven ownership of enterprise performance management in complex environments
  • Deep expertise in KPI design, governance, and executive reporting
  • Credibility influencing senior leadership using data-driven insight
  • Experience building structure in ambiguous or underdeveloped settings
  • Strong coaching mindset with focus on developing national capability
