Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Contractual

Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
  • Lead initial discovery, qualification, and early shaping of new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and other executive stakeholders to position client as a strategic partner.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as channel, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales, business development, and partnership experience.
  • Extensive experience growing and working with enterprise accounts in UAE.
  • Experience engaging and building C-level and executive relationships, knowledge of a specific vertical appreciated.
  • Experience in tech sectors, preferably AI.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English .
  • Know how to create alignment and orchestrate internal account teams.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities.
  • Experience using a CRM to achieve and correlate key performance metrics.
  • Proactively engage with customers with a consultative approach to discovering new opportunities.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and proactively build a network with internal and external stakeholders to drive the business forward.
