About This Role
Overview
- Due to the rapid growth of our Accounting Advisory team, we currently have opportunities for ambitious and highly motivated Assistant Manager /Managers/ Senior Managers with a proven track record of high-quality delivery of client projects.
- We would like to hear from Managers and Senior Managers with experience of working in the fixed assets management consulting area to serve our clients located in Riyadh and other main cities of Saudi Arabia, with specific focus on the following:
- Fixed asset componentization.
- Fixed asset register reconstructions.
- Business process reviews & implementations, specifically focusing on the fixed asset function of the organization.
- Supervise Fixed Assets counting, verification and tagging, working closely with sub-contractors.
- Overseeing fixed assets valuation. Proper understanding of cost records and contracts analysis.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and exceptional skills dealing with clients and managing their expectations.
- Preparing projects proposals for potential clients and business developments.
Additional Role Summary
- The role sits within a rapidly growing part of RSM Accounting Advisory/ Capital Assets Management solution in Saudi Arabia.
- You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the delivery of a variety of Capital Assets Management solution across a range of sectors.
- You will have access to all of the latest training and development tools and the support of the RSM network.
Requirements
- Achievement-oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast and a high energy that is resulting into a high level of performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and financial management, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA are preferred.
- Specialized professional certificate on assets management
- Years of experience: 7 – 14 years of relevant experience., with special focus on enterprise asset management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to priorities volume of work and cooping well under pressure, meeting client deadlines.
- Proven technology skills including; Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Arabic speaker only
