Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager (Saudi National) for a leading banking client in Riyadh. This role sits within the CIO Office and holds authority to define, govern, and drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance.
  • Manage a team of ~7 architects and build a high-performing EA function.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders (Heads, Directors, Chief Architects).
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with banking and digital transformation goals.
  • Lead architecture across cloud, core banking, AI/ML, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Participate in Architecture Review Boards and approve major technology decisions.

Requirements

  • Saudi National (Mandatory)
  • 12+ years of IT experience with strong Enterprise Architecture background
  • Banking or FinTech experience required
  • Experience in leadership roles (Senior Manager / Director / Chief Architect)
  • Strong knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modern technologies
