🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Enterprise Architect (Fintech)

Are you passionate about shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy and driving large-scale transformation in the fintech space? We’re looking for Enterprise Architect to join our IT Planning & Governance team and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and future-ready systems.

📍 Location: Riyadh

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, vision, and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains
• Lead architecture governance, reviews, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and fintech regulations
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies like cloud, AI/ML, blockchain, and open banking APIs
• Provide hands-on guidance for designing scalable, secure, and cloud-native systems (microservices, APIs, etc.)
• Lead architecture across domains including business processes, data, applications, and infrastructure
• Support large transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, core modernization, and digital payments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable architecture strategies
• Mentor and guide solution architects while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture within fintech / banking / digital platforms
• Expertise across architecture domains: business, data, application, and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and modern architecture patterns
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, security, and scalability
• Proven ability to lead architecture governance and transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
