We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
This senior leadership role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technology strategy, ensuring architectural consistency, and guiding major transformation initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop long-term technology roadmaps that support innovation, scalability, and sustainable growth.

Enterprise Architecture Strategy
- Develop and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture framework and technology roadmap.
- Ensure technology investments align with business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Establish architectural standards, principles, and governance processes.
Technology Planning
- Evaluate current technology environments and identify opportunities for modernization.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient architecture solutions.
- Support strategic planning for enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data environments.
Solution Governance
- Review and approve architecture designs for major projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks associated with architectural decisions.
Business and Technology Alignment
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and requirements.
- Translate business needs into technology strategies and architectural solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on technology investments and transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Present architecture strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology functions.
- Leadership and Mentorship
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and technology professionals.
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, IT strategy, or related technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, integration, and data architecture.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
- Knowledge of modern technology trends and best practices.
Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and technology programs.
Communication Skills
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
