About This Role
Overview
- To engage with the customer to understand the needs and build the IT Infrastructure Solution that customers would accept based on their requirements and budget.
- Maintain and track all the inventory and IT assets with identifying their Life cycle.
- Manage a large team of Engineers and Support staff.
- Define Key performance indicators for the team while ensuring that the team meets the KPI.
- Adopt new technologies / Innovations for the organization to improve operations while enhancing security.
- Handle Support escalations if required.
- Ensure the documentation is maintained at all levels.
- Help with the Audit and Incident management teams when required.
- Compiling and presenting reports to the top management when required.
- Ensure the maximum uptime of systems and availability of Data.
