Role overview
Administers, configures, supports, and improves enterprise applications and their integrations.
Works with the Senior Solutions Architect and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations and integration requirements.
Location and work arrangement
- Based in Ottawa, Canada, with a hybrid schedule of two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain applications including NetSuite OneWorld, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, HRIS, AbsorbLMS, Board, and custom applications.
- Support integrations, including API and middleware configuration, testing, monitoring, authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
- Gather requirements; prepare functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and integration requirements.
- Maintain application, process, configuration, and integration documentation and runbooks.
- Coordinate UAT, create test materials, and track results, defects, and resolutions.
- Manage application access, including user roles and onboarding and offboarding provisioning.
- Support safe adoption of enterprise AI capabilities and apply AI-assisted tools with accuracy review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; around three years of enterprise application experience.
- Business-analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, UAT, and structured documentation.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data mapping, middleware, and integration or automation tooling.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities in enterprise and productivity applications; responsible-AI knowledge is an asset.
- Fluent English is essential; French or other major languages are an advantage.
- Current legal entitlement to work in Canada is required.
Applications and technical skills
- Examples of supported systems include NetSuite OneWorld, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, HRIS, AbsorbLMS, and Board.
- Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Node.js, JavaScript, or Power Automate is an asset.
