Enterprise Applications Analyst

Position purpose

Project and programme delivery

• Manage initiatives from requirements and solution assessment through planning, build, SIT/UAT, deployment, Go/No-Go, hypercare, and handover.
• Own plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and governance across regional and global teams.
• Apply structured delivery practices such as PMP/PRINCE2, Agile, and SAP Activate where appropriate.

SAP SD, retail, and integrations

• Analyze SAP SD sales orders, pricing, delivery, goods issue, billing, returns, credits, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Manage Supply Chain and Logistics activities, including SAP configuration, troubleshooting, delivery documents, stock checks, and post-goods-issue processes.
• Perform fit-gap and impact analysis across SAP SD, inventory, logistics, Finance, and connected applications.
• Analyze interfaces and integrations, including IDocs, messages, and APIs.

Solution support and stakeholders

• Assess solution fit, integration dependencies, feasibility, operational impact, risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions for significant incidents across SAP and connected systems.
• Prepare testing, documentation, service transition, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Manage partner and vendor delivery against scope, quality, milestones, and service commitments.

Experience and expertise

• The available description requests 5–7 years in enterprise-scale project and programme management.
• Requests enterprise project or programme management in large-scale retail, ideally in multi-country or matrixed environments.
• Requires hands-on SAP SD experience and knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, pricing, sales orders, delivery, billing, returns, and integration with inventory, logistics, and Finance.
