Enterprise Applications Analyst

Position purpose

Project and programme delivery

• Manage initiatives from requirements and solution assessment through planning, build, SIT/UAT, deployment, Go/No-Go, hypercare and handover.
• Own plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and governance while coordinating regional and global teams and system integrators.
• Use structured methods such as PMP/PRINCE2, Agile and SAP Activate where appropriate; support effective change and release management.

SAP SD and retail process analysis

• Analyze sales orders, pricing, delivery, goods issue, billing, returns, credits and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle using hands-on SAP SD expertise.
• Manage Supply Chain and Logistics activities, including SAP configuration and troubleshooting, VL01N delivery documents, stock checks and post-goods-issue processes.
• Conduct fit-gap and impact analysis across SAP SD, inventory, logistics, Finance and connected applications; promote standard SAP capabilities over unnecessary customization.
• Analyze IDocs, messages and APIs to assess integration impacts of changes and incidents.

Solution, support and stakeholders

• Assess solution fit, feasibility, dependencies, operational impact, risk and total cost of ownership with architects, SAP teams and partners.
• Coordinate significant incident analysis, root-cause investigation and corrective actions with support teams and vendors.
• Ensure testing, documentation, service transition, knowledge transfer and post-go-live support are ready.
• Build relationships across business, Finance, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, technology and global SAP teams; manage delivery and support commitments with vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise-scale project and programme management experience.
• Proven enterprise project/programme management in large-scale retail, ideally in multi-country or matrixed environments.
• Hands-on retail SAP SD experience and strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, pricing, sales orders, delivery, billing, returns and inventory integration.
• S/4 migration experience is highly advantageous.
