Work with Product Marketing to translate KrispCX’s technology into compelling business messages for enterprise decision-makers, including contact center operations, customer experience, IT, and executive leadership.

Continuously test messaging, channels, and campaign approaches. Identify successful programs and turn them into repeatable pipeline-generation plays.

Support active enterprise opportunities with targeted campaigns, executive engagement, and account-specific initiatives that help advance deals.

Establish a regular operating cadence with sales to review target account progress, campaign performance, and next actions.

Performance Measurement and Optimization

Own ABM performance measurement, with qualified pipeline generation as the primary success metric.

Experience building or scaling ABM programs from an early stage, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.

Demonstrated success working closely with enterprise sales teams on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Experience in Contact Center, Customer Experience, CCaaS, enterprise AI, or adjacent enterprise software markets is a strong advantage.

Strategic thinker and hands-on executor who is equally comfortable developing account strategies and launching campaigns.

Commercially oriented, with a strong understanding of how enterprise sales works and what it takes to generate pipeline.

Creative, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with new approaches.

Collaborative and able to work effectively with a small, fast-growing enterprise sales team.
