The role
Manage the technical delivery and servicing of a portfolio of complex, top-tier enterprise insurance clients.

Account management and delivery
- Manage day-to-day servicing of an enterprise client portfolio and deliver consistent client outcomes.
- Lead renewal execution, including timelines, documentation and insurer engagement.
- Coordinate complex placements, insurer negotiations and program design execution.
- Identify risk exposures, coverage gaps and opportunities to improve client programs.
- Prepare accurate, structured and defensible client documentation, advice and renewal materials.
- Support Account Directors by translating strategy into technical delivery and client outcomes.
- Maintain system discipline, compliance standards and audit-ready records.
- Build operational relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
Experience and qualifications
- At least five years of insurance broking experience, ideally in corporate or enterprise servicing.
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, risk and program design.
- Experience managing complex renewals and client portfolios.
- Tier 1 qualification required.
- Confidence using broking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, commercial judgement, attention to detail and prioritisation.
