Part-time, hybrid Enterprise Account Executive role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The role sells African Startup Metrics’ software and insight solutions to enterprise clients.

Identify and engage enterprise prospects; qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Lead consultative sales conversations and present solutions to key decision-makers.
Prepare tailored proposals, run product demos, and negotiate commercial terms.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Ensure smooth handoffs to account management and maintain enterprise relationships.
Drive renewals and expansions and contribute to growth in relevant markets.

Demonstrated software and enterprise sales skills, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline development, account management, renewals, and upselling.
Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate with remote and local colleagues.
Technology, SaaS, or data/analytics familiarity is preferred; startup, investment, or innovation ecosystem experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Performance is measured by sales-target achievement, client relationship quality, and contribution to the company’s presence in relevant markets.
