Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations across air, sea, and land freight.
- Prepare documentation, monitor shipments, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Communicate with customers and carriers; support scheduling and delivery planning.
- Help resolve operational issues, assist with packing arrangements, and maintain data in logistics systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding, with familiarity in air, sea (FCL/LCL), and land transport operations.
- Strong skills in shipment documentation, data entry, and basic logistics systems or tracking tools.
- Effective communication, customer service, organization, and time management.
- Basic knowledge of packing and export procedures is beneficial.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic or other regional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural setting.
- A relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
