Enrolled Nurse (6186)

Permanent, fulltime or permanent, parttime (0.6 – 0.8 FTE) role.

45.6 to 76 hour fortnight.

Based at Keswick and supporting clients in the central suburbs.

Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:30am – 5:00pm - no weekend work.

Current AHPRA registration.

Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C.

Aged Care / Community experience is highly desirable.

Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.

A passion for client-centred care.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

A valid full Australian driver’s licence.

Deliver exceptional person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive in their own homes.

Advocate for clients and families, ensuring their rights and wellbeing are supported.

Educate and empower clients and carers to make informed decisions.

Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care.

Work independently, while staying connected to a supportive team.

Build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education.
