Peerless Training & Development is seeking qualified English Language Instructors to join a large-scale English language training project in Saudi Arabia.
This role involves delivering high-quality English language instruction to adult learners, supporting their language development, and contributing to a professional learning environment.
Success in this role means consistently delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high learner satisfaction, achieving academic objectives, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and instructional quality.
The position plays a key role in supporting the organization's commitment to delivering world-class language training services across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver English language instruction to adult learners in accordance with approved curricula and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that support learning objectives.
- Assess learner progress through assignments, examinations, and ongoing performance evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to learners.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance activities.
- Support curriculum implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of English language teaching experience.
- Experience teaching adult learners.
- Experience in intensive English language programs is preferred.
- Experience in higher education, government, corporate, or professional training environments is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- Experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP).
- Experience teaching military, government, university, or corporate learners.
- IELTS Academic or General Training score of 6.0 or higher (if available).
