Role Description
This is a part time job , on-site English Language Instructor role located in Dubai.
The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and customized English language training sessions to professional clients.
Responsibilities
include creating lesson plans tailored to the needs of individuals or teams, facilitating dynamic classes that improve business communication, and conducting assessments to monitor progress.
Additionally, the role involves fostering an environment that encourages confidence and practical application of language skills in workplace scenarios.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Education
- Proficiency in Writing and Communication for instructional purposes
- Experience with curriculum design, lesson planning, and classroom management
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit professional audiences and specific industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and cultural awareness skills
- Previous experience teaching in a corporate or professional environment is a plus
