Requirements:

• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and other maintenance equipment while using appropriate PPE. • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and elevated work areas. • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. • Must uphold Westgate Resorts' standards of professionalism, integrity, safety, and guest service.

• What You Will Bring as an Engineering Technician II:
• One (1) to three (3) years of engineering, maintenance, or skilled trades experience in a resort, hospitality, or commercial environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid driver's license required. • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required, or the ability to obtain it if required by the resort. • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general building maintenance. • Ability to perform basic HVAC di
