Responsibilities
- Translate engineering partners' requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Train and support users during and after implementations.
- Lead feature implementation, including defining scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with developers to address PLM and integration issues, bugs, and enhancements.
- Support PLM upgrades and new modules through installation and post-launch.
- Work with vendors on upgrades and modules, and collect infrastructure and configuration questions.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years installing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining engineering systems such as PLM, CAD, CAE, or SysML.
- Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE systems and integration with PLM solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of user and infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems and software installations.
- UAE citizenship and eligibility to obtain a clearance are required.
