- LLC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating engineering projects, supporting project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between engineering, production, and management teams.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and deadline management
- Prepare, update, and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain engineering documentation and project records
- Communicate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
- Support budgeting, material tracking, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
- Previous experience in project coordination or engineering support roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing modification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Good understanding of engineering workflows and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
