Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • In final year of Bachelor’s programme in engineering/ information systems / business
  • Studying for Master's in engineering/ information systems / business

Preferred Qualifications

  • nterest in software development project management
  • Naturally accountable, responsible, focused, and self-sufficient
  • Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
  • Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent streams of work successfully
  • Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes and remains flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership qualities
  • Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to everyday workflows
  • Preferred prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, and/or work experience
