Team Overview

Role Description

• Lead delivery of business-critical App Store features and influence execution across the App Store ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Legal, Privacy, Trust and Safety, Operations, and other organizations.
• Manage pipelines supporting new App Store features for Apple developers and customers.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects across scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments.
• Define business, functional, and reporting requirements for features and supporting systems.

Technical Program Responsibilities

• Apply basic data modeling, state machine design, and understanding of technical and human interaction aspects of tooling.
• Own cross-functional schedules affecting client, server, tools, reporting, and other engineering teams.
• Drive feature delivery under tight timelines and with limited details or direction.
• Improve how App Store features are built and executed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience involving complex server/client interactions.
• A track record of building products through collaboration across product, design, engineering, QA, operations, and other stakeholders.
• A technical background with software application architecture and development is extremely helpful.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or at least 5+ years of comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to take ownership and complete multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
• Experience with iOS app development is a major plus.
• Experience in game development or another games industry background is an added plus.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize recurring tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Past programming experience is a bonus.

Pay and Benefits

• The stated base pay range is $130,200-$195,600, with pay dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
