Your Impact

• Identify security operations challenges with engineering and customers and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Prototype and validate solutions, maintain hands-on familiarity with the product, and deliver demonstrable results.
• Work with go-to-market teams to launch capabilities and ensure successful customer rollout.
• Lead analyst briefings on Agentic SOC capabilities for leading market research analysts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity with 12 years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 8 years or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with SOC workflows, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence, and incident response processes.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or large language models, including personal or professional projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to executive leadership, customers, and engineering teams.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
• Strong ownership and accountability, driving initiatives from conception to successful outcome.
• Curiosity and active listening in customer and engineering engagements.

Compensation

• Description lists a starting salary range of $194,600 to $285,700 for U.S. and/or Canada locations, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
• Structured salary data lists USD $179,000 to $328,600 yearly; pay ranges conflict.
