Responsibilities

  • Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support for the Engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Handle correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure prompt, professional communication with guests, owners, and corporate office
  • Support safety and compliance: Report maintenance issues, hazards, or defective equipment, and ensure adherence to security protocols
  • Assist with special projects: Provide administrative support for department initiatives and engineering-related projects
  • Maintain a professional work environment: Keep personal and shared office areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
