Technical Skills
- Experience of developing complex electronic equipment highly desirable. Strong understanding of electronics and/or software programming preferrable. Ideal candidate would have electronic / software engineering background and training.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to read and interpret business charts, spreadsheets, etc.
- Appropriate Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to: Windows, Office, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Visio, MS Project or other scheduling or project management software
- Basics in CAD/CAE software tools is a plus).
- Practical skills in project management strategies such as PMBOK, Agile, SCRUM, etc.
- Clear understanding of the elements of a product development processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing process.
- Familiarity with engineering change control.
- Comfortable reading engineering documents such as drawings.
- Strong Interpersonal and team building skills required.
