• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects and solutions
• Oversee engineering design, planning, execution, and project delivery activities
• Develop technical strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and technical risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Mentor and develop engineering talent to support team growth and performance
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in engineering management or a senior engineering leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge and project management capabilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
