About This Role
Overview
we are looking for a highly driven Engineering Manager to lead and control engineering operations across our growing portfolio of EPC, Design & Build, and construction projects.
This role is critical in ensuring engineering excellence, technical coordination, constructability, and seamless integration between design and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple projects
- Manage engineering deliverables, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical coordination
- Drive constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives
- Ensure alignment between engineering outputs, project schedules, procurement, and site execution
- Oversee coordination across Civil, Architectural, and MEP disciplines
- Support authority approvals, inspections, and technical submissions
- Implement BIM and digital coordination tools to reduce clashes and rework
- Establish engineering standards, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 12–15 years of experience in construction and EPC contracting
- Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role
- Strong experience in EPC, Design & Build, and construction-only projects
- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in KSA
- Strong knowledge of BIM, multidisciplinary coordination, and KSA regulations
