Part-time hybrid Engineering Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Oversees software solutions and system integrations for event operations, partner platforms, and internal tools.

Guide engineering teams and set technical direction.
Review code and architecture and coordinate project timelines.
Ensure solutions align with business goals; collaborate with stakeholders and manage technical risks.
Optimize processes and support continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Help ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Strong engineering management and team leadership skills, including coaching and supporting diverse technical teams.
Practical software development skills; exposure to web-based systems, APIs, and event or logistics-related platforms is ideal.
Project management skills spanning planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery of technical initiatives.
Integration experience connecting systems, data sources, and partner platforms securely and reliably.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with freight or logistics technology, hybrid work environments, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are beneficial.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborate across cultures, and adapt to evolving priorities.
