What We’re Looking For
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including time leading or managing engineers.
Strong proficiency in Python (required).
Strong cloud experience (required) — we’re not opinionated about which cloud you know best, as long as your depth is real.
Strong system design experience (required), with a clear track record of designing robust systems deployed to production.
A track record of owning large, multi-sprint initiatives end-to-end and shipping them.
Strong product intuition — able to turn ambiguous requirements into concrete, elegant technical plans.
Experience with scalable architectures and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Clear communicator who can align engineering decisions with business goals and operate with autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications
- TypeScript / React and frontend development experience.
- Experience with LLM-powered systems or agentic UX.
- Familiarity with real-time or interactive experiences (streaming, async workflows, event-driven systems).
- Frontend performance tuning and accessibility expertise.
- Experience building high-performance, user-centric interfaces in a SaaS environment.
- Experience scaling systems and teams during periods of rapid growth.
- Background integrating with enterprise systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams).
