Overview
- Lead and manage all engineering activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping.
- Plan, organize, and control engineering deliverables in line with project schedules.
- Review and approve designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project management, procurement, and construction teams.
- Ensure seamless technical communication across departments.
- Provide technical support and clarifications to the construction team.
- Participate in technical meetings, progress reviews, and design discussions.
- Address client comments and ensure timely closure of technical queries.
- Support material requisitions, vendor evaluations, expediting, and inspections.
- Identify engineering risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage technical changes, deviations, and non-conformities with proper approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards.
