Are you an experienced Engineering Manager with a passion for leading multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through delivery?
We're looking for a driven leader to join our team in
Dubai
, managing complex engineering projects for high-profile global clients.
This role combines technical excellence, commercial awareness, and project leadership to deliver innovative protective systems in demanding environments.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee project delivery
- Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, and risk
- Support proposals, estimation, and value engineering
- Coordinate with design, production, subcontractors, and clients
- Drive technical problem-solving and ensure engineering excellence
- Travel globally to support projects and client requirements
What We'Re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Project Management qualification is an advantage)
- 8+ years' experience in engineering, project management, production, or structural/modular fabrication
- 5+ years in a leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM projects, engineering standards (API, ASME, NFPA, BS/EN), and project management methodologies
- Analytical thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills
