We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day of our engineering team.

This is a pure people-management role - not a player-coach position.

Your success is measured by your team's delivery and growth, not your own code output.

You'll own work assignment, unblocking, and delivery tracking across in-house and partner engineers, act as the technical arm of our product team, and operate as the number two to our head of engineering.

This position is remote eligible for candidates based in the United States area.

The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.

Candidates must live within the United States.
