Role Description
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, projects, and operational objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop engineering strategies, oversee project execution, and coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive innovation and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor engineering performance, manage risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, technical operations, and process optimization practices. Proficiency in engineering software, technical documentation, project management tools, and reporting systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience managing teams, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of quality management systems, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
